Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing TheNursera! 💼 Our products are made with care and personalized just for you. Because of their custom nature, our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy works a bit differently from regular stores.

I. Return Policy

Since our items are personalized, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, has a printing error or if you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@thenursera.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost — and you won’t need to return the original item.


II: Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience. To provide peace of mind, all purchases are covered under the following warranty terms:
  • All orders are covered by a 15-day warranty period, beginning on the delivery date.
  • Customers should contact our support team within this period if any concern arises.
  • To help us process your request quickly, customers may be asked to provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • After evaluation, if the issue is verified, a free replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Issues Covered by Warranty

The warranty applies to manufacturing or production-related defects, including:
  • Broken straps, handles, or stitching coming apart.
  • Material defects under normal use (such as peeling, cracking, or splitting).
  • Printing or personalization errors.
  • Receiving the wrong item, size, color, or design.
  • Visible damage upon arrival.
If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, and the original item does not need to be returned.

Issues Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:
  • Issues reported after the 15-day warranty period.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear from extended use.
  • Damage caused by overloading the bag.
  • Modifications or repairs made by the customer.
  • Incorrect order details entered by the customer (name, title, color, etc.).
  • Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal taste.

III. Refund Policy

Because most of our items are customized, we prioritize replacements when an issue occurs. However, refunds may be provided under certain circumstances.

1. Full Refund

A full refund may be issued under the following conditions:
  • The order was placed at least 40 days ago, and
  • The shipment has no tracking updates or has not been delivered, and
  • The carrier is unable to locate the package.
In such cases, either a full refund or a free replacement may be provided, depending on the customer’s preference.

2. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if these conditions are met:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, and
  • The issue is reported within the applicable warranty period, and
  • Photo or video evidence is provided to assist with reviewing the issue.
In most cases, a replacement will be prioritized to ensure the product is received as intended. Customer satisfaction remains a priority, and every reasonable effort will be made to resolve any issue. If a replacement is not the most appropriate solution, a partial refund may be provided.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:
  • A confirmation email will be sent.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in the original payment method, depending on the bank or card provider.
If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our support team at support@thenursera.com for further assistance.

IV: Important Note

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

In these cases:

  • Returned items will not be sent back to our warehouse.
  • Refunds or free replacements are not provided.
