Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing TheNursera! 💼 Our products are made with care and personalized just for you. Because of their custom nature, our return and refund process works a bit differently than regular stores.
I. Return Policy
Since our items are personalized, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, has a printing error or if you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@thenursera.com and include the following:

Your order number

Clear photos or a video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost — and you won’t need to return the original item.
II. Refund Policy
If your package shows no tracking updates for several days, or it’s marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact us right away. We’ll investigate within 7–15 days, and if the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll provide either a refund or a replacement
⏰Refund Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If it’s still missing, email us at support@thenursera.com, and we’ll gladly double-check it for you.
III: Warranty Coverage
All bags and wallets are covered by a 35-day warranty starting from the date you receive your item. This warranty applies to manufacturing or quality defects, and if any issue arises within this time, we’ll provide a free replacement.
Please note:

Issues reported after 35 days are not covered.

This warranty applies only when products are used under normal conditions and cared for properly.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TheNursera.

Damage caused by accidents, post-purchase modifications, misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered.
- Our warranty provides replacements only
Please check your items carefully upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
IV: Important Note
Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy. We are not liable for these issues:

Request for a refund/replacement made after 60 days of product delivery.

Ordered the wrong size, product, or custom information.

Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, and damaged as a result of customer handling.
- Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal taste.
⚠️Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
In these cases:

Returned items will not be sent back to our warehouse.
