I: Return Policy

Since each product is uniquely made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if there are issues with the printing quality, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery for assistance.

How to File a Claim: To start a claim, email us at support@thenursera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Video/photo evidence of the defect
  • Images of the product’s labels

If the issue is significant, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, and you may keep the original item.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: We’re not responsible for orders delivered to or returned from incorrect addresses entered by customers (such items will not be returned to our warehouse). Replacements in these cases are not free, so please double-check your shipping address.

II: Refund Policy

  • Before a Refund (If your package is shipped but fails to reach you):  please allow 7-10 days for us to investigate and resolve the issue. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll process a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven’t received it, email us at support@thenursera.com.
