I. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, all orders are locked for processing and can’t be changed or canceled.

Your 12-hour window begins once you receive your order confirmation email.

Please make sure all details (items, customization, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase, as no adjustments can be made once the window closes.

II. Modification Policy

Need to update your name, job title, or other custom details? Email us at support@thenursera.com with your order number and requested changes within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order enters production, no modifications can be made.

*Note: Design changes may add extra processing time. During busy periods, such as holidays, this could affect your delivery date, and we may not be able to guarantee on-time arrival.
